With just 45% of Americans having $1000+ in savings, our goal is to ensure our girls graduate high school with a minimum of $1,000 in a high-yield savings account.
Our CYC Mentorship pairs girls with Financial Mentors who will support them in developing a strategy to attain their savings goal and hold them accountable for executing the strategy. This program aims to make a meaningful impact on the financial well-being of our girls by providing them with personalized mentorship and guidance, ultimately helping them become part of the percentage of Americans with substantial savings.
Beyond achieving a savings milestone, the mentorship offers ongoing financial guidance as they transition into adulthood, preparing them for a financially secure future and contributing to the broader mission of reducing the Racial Wealth Gap in our community.
